I thoroughly enjoyed its excellent and accommodating employees.
The location was excellent, close enough to Historic District and historic area. I had immaculate, updated room with TV and the kitchenette plus the ceiling fan, had good night's sleep. A hairdryer and a walk-in shower were very handy.

The rooms were well-equipped and decent sized in general, with the kitchenette. The location was good, at a short distance from An 1877 Mormon Temple. Actually everything was great, my next choice again in St. George.

Never stay here
General information: My refrigerator still had the last occupants lunch in it, and it smelled. It obviously had NOT been cleaned, probably not my room either. My friend had food crumbs and ants in her bathroom - again not clean! My other friend hung the do-not-disturb sign on her room because she did not want anyone in her room. Instead someone did come into her room, took the used towels, along with her terry cloth head turbin she uses for showering. We never got her head covering back. When I checked in, the manager said our rooms were out front, facing the street. I said I was a light sleeper, and he assured me the traffic would end by 10pm or so. The traffic was horrible, and started at 5:45am. The rooms had such a large gap around the door, it was like having a window open. I would never recommend this hotel.

For the money I paid, I was expecting a nicer hotel than it was. The room was very dirty, not clean at all. My family and I could not relax and enjoy our stay because of the lack of cleanliness. We would have left and stayed at a different hotel had their been any vacancy elsewhere. The floors and walls were absolutely disgusting. Just by walking on the carpet for a few minutes, our feet were black and there were marks and splatters all over the wall. I was definitely not impressed by this hotel and will not stay there again! Also, I booked my room and when I arrived they had switched it because the other room had already been occupied but they did not even tell me that this had occurred. They said that I was suppose to have been contacted but I never was in any way. Poor communication on their part!

The room was comfortable, clean, and roomy
We would have liked to get in the hot tub but it was broken. It was rainy and pretty cold for swimming. The first thing we look for is a pool and hot tub when booking to give the kids something fun to do.
